Royal’s Agency Evolution

Next week, I’ll be speaking at the Marketing Association of Credit Union’s mini-conference about Royal’s shift to an in-house agency model. It’s a topic that’s been of great interest to the industry, and one I’ve found has advantages.

We’re busy building awareness in a new market! Though huge in Wisconsin, the $1.6B Royal Credit Union has struggled to be seen in a sea of financial service providers in the Twin Cities. This new campaign, which targeted Millenials with cheeky, ironic┬áhumor, utilized digital outdoor, commercial radio, public radio and print to maximize eyeballs.
